Haven’s Treasures Pleased to Join Upper Mill Shops
On Thursday, August 11th, Safe Haven, Inc. of Pike County quietly opened the doors to its newest addition: Haven’s Treasures Thrift Shop. Pike County just couldn’t wait for the Grand Opening on August 26th. Haven’s Treasures has been making quite a hit in the community this past week, and is very excited about its “official” opening next week.
Haven’s Treasures is a quality, upscale thrift shop focused on generating funding where all proceeds are used for Safe Haven of Pike County crisis intervention services; and is located in the Upper Mill Shops at 149 Sawkill Avenue (in the space formerly occupied by Spiritual Journeys) Milford, PA.
A Grand Opening and ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for Friday, August 26th from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. This will be a wonderful opportunity to join with Safe Haven and its staff to officially welcome Haven’s Treasures to the community. The public is invited and encouraged to attend; there will be summer wine and pastries to celebrate the occasion.
Haven’s Treasures Thrift Shop will be open Thursdays & Sundays 12 pm to 4pm, Fridays & Saturdays 10am to 6pm. Donations will be accepted on Thursdays. For a list of acceptable items, visit their website at www.safehavenofpikecounty.org .
Safe Haven, Inc. of Pike County is a crisis intervention center providing support to victims, survivors and their families dealing with past or current domestic violence and/or sexual abuse issues. Their services are FREE and confidential to adults, children and families.
