Back To School Transition
Written by Lisa M.
Most students in Pike County have returned to school….I on the other hand have had one more week with my little one as her school doesn’t kick off the new school year until after Labor Day (whew!!). I have been sucking up every second with my daughter and every bit of sunshine before we too are forced to accept that the fun in the sun is over!
I found this interesting article which addresses the back to school transition and wanted to share it with you. Hopefully you'll find it to be helpful.
http://www.nasponline.org/resources/home_school/b2shandout.aspx Please feel free to send us pictures and stories from your child’s first week back to school. We’d love to share them with our visitors. Hang in there Moms!

Its been at least a month since you’ve even put on your sneakers let alone worked out and the thought of starting up again is interrupted by a “watch me mom!” Well the kids are now back on a schedule-thank you school- and its time for you to get back on a healthy schedule of your own!
So how do you get started?
I’ve come across a fool proof plan to help you not only get started but to reach any goal-fitness or otherwise!
