I won the Pikemoms.com "Back to School" photo contest this past fall, and am just getting aroud to cashing in my awesome prizes. The 1st was a photo shoot with Kathy Delorenzo from Pho-go photography which we did on Memorial Day weekend, and cannot wait to see photos. The 2nd was a 2-day 1-night vacation @ Woodloch resort in Hawley,PA which is where my family spent this past weekend. From the pools to the beach to the go-carts to the 3-story indoor playground, everything was fantastic. I cannot list all the wonderful amenities Woodloch has to offer a family with small children all the way up to older teens. As for the room it was spacious, overlooked the lake and had a seperate bedroom/living room, which is essential with children. The food was good and plentiful, the staff was wonderfully gracious and friendly, I would soooo recommend this resort! My husband has been traveling since January, so this past weekend was a great break from real life for us, packed full of lots of laughs and great memories. I was looking for entertainment for my daughters birthday party. I looked on the Internet for clowns/magicians/balloon sculptors and contacted most of them on the list. Their fees were mostly made up of travel expenses because I could not find anyone local. I almost gave up in search but, recalled seeing an ad in the local paper for www.PikeMoms.com . I was curious. I am so glad I checked it out. I couldn't believe my luck when I selected 'Party Entertainment' and saw a variety of services available that considered Pike County local. I immediately emailed my request for the Variety Show for Kids along with my party date. I received a confirmation phone call the very next day! On the day of the party, "Lucky the Hobo" showed up a half an hour early, set up his area and waited for every child to arrive. His show kept all the children entertained and laughing and they each left with a sculpted balloon creation and a smile on their face. I received a telephone call the very next day from www.PikeMoms.com to follow-up on the entertainment. A+++ I would absolutely, without a doubt use www.PikeMoms.com for services needed in the Pike County area. -One truly satisfied customer.

I saw the ad for Pike Moms in the local paper, so I decided to take a look. I have been babysitting for 15 years and usually get new children to watch through friends. But, I saw this site and I thought it would be a good way to advertise. I also like that you can sell different items that other people might be interested in. And the advertising is cheap, not like running an ad in the paper. Great job, PikeMoms!

I just wanted to say, your website is the best I have come across for finding the most up-to-date information about things to do and places to go in our area. I constantly hear from other moms that it is so hard to find out what is going on locally to keep their kids busy. I love your website! I e-mailed all of my mommy friends, PTA & T-ball parents I had in my contact list and sent them the link to your website.
